Container Question 5
|I left the Customer about four
hours ago with a load of frozen chicken. I was thinking about
stopping about five miles ahead at the next truck stop. Is there
anything I need to do or should have done?
1. I really should have stopped every two hours just to make sure that the refrigeration unit is maintaining temperature.
2. I should open the back doors and make sure that the load is still frozen.
3. I am not responsible for the refrigeration unit on my container. If anything goes wrong it is their fault and I should just keep driving until I get to my destination.
4. I need to record the date, time and temperature readings off of the Reefer unit before leaving the customer and then every 2 hours after that.
